He was predeceased by: his grandmother Bishop Minnie Pearl Blackshire; and his father Bernard White, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Bishop Patricia B. Smith (Pop Leonard Smith); his daughter Chevonda White (Lemoy Titus); his grandchild Adriel Titus; his siblings, Christopher White, Leonard Smith (Dorothy), David Smith (Vicki), Robbie Smith (Marie), Alice Terry, Aaron Smith (Rick), Michael Sullivan Smith, Joseph Sullivan Smith, Henry Garrett Smith and Joan Holloway; and his extended family, Derek, Charelle, James, Aneres and Armani. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Keefe Funeral Home (5 Higginson Ave, Lincoln, RI 02865). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
