She is survived by: her husband Roy P. Souza; her sons, Roy R. Souza of North Smithfield and David Souza of Johnston; her brothers, Maurice, Albert Mandeville of Woonsocket, Paul Mandeville of Natick, MA and Charles Mandeville of Harwich, MA; her grandchildren, Jordan and Benjamin Souza; and her daughter Kimberly A. Souza of Lincoln.
