He is survived by: his siblings, Francisco Pires, Daniel Lopes, Maria Gomes, Dee Andrade, Julia Alves, David Lopes, Adelina Lopes, Manuel Lopes and Linda Brown; and his friend Evo Britto. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren.
