She was predeceased by: her husband Lemuel J. Crooks; and her parents, Bento Camara and Alice Camara (Dantford). She is survived by: her children, Kenton D. Crooks of Cumberland, Forrest C. Crooks of Johnston and Vanessa L. Crooks of Ipswich, Massachusetts; and her grandson Logan F. Crooks.
