She was predeceased by: her parents, Alyre P. LeBlanc and Sue LeBlanc (LeBlanc); her husband Joseph Anthony Forte; and her siblings, Russell P., Herman R., Paul, James LeBlanc and Emerise Barth.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Dempsey (Jack), Ron Forte (Nancy) and Sandi Sambuchi (John); her grandchildren, Timothy Dempsey (Megan), Jaclyn Wilks (Brent), Jason Forte (Olivia) and Christopher Sambuchi; and her great grandchildren, TJ, Jackson, Cameran, Tenley, Brecken, Greyson, Finnegan and Fiona.
