He is survived by: his sister Virginia Levin of Pennsylvania; his wife Dr. Alice Dzen Gross; his son Seth Gross (Carolyn Ford Gross); his grandchildren, Cameron Nathan Gross and Caleb Meyer Gross; his great grandchildren, Haley Catherine Gross and Madison Elizabeth; and his children, Psychiatry, Hadassah Hospital and Jerusalem.
