He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Slader and Estelle Slader (Weber); and his brother Bruce L. Slader. He is survived by: his close friend Jacky Leggo; and his children, Erik L. Slader, Jr. of Wakefield and Kimberly Slader Westcott of Wakefield. He is also survived by five grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
