He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Fantasia and Frances E. Fantasia (Healey); his brother David J. Fantasia; and his brother-in-law William C. Malloy. He is survived by: his sons, Kevin J. Fantasia and Stephen W. Fantasia; and his siblings, Paula F. Malloy of Cumberland and Peter A. Fantasia of West Warwick. He is also survived by five nephews.
