She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Janton and Doris Janton (Lovely); her spouse Terry D. Pierce; her son Mark Pierce; and her sister Linda Ahern.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Trinque (William) of Burrillville, RI and Gregory Pierce (Elia) of Ashby, MA; her grandchildren, Nathan, Nicole, Matthew, Sarah and Megan; her great grandchildren, Ava, William, Kylie and Aubrey; her brother Joseph Henry Janton; and her close friend Nancy O'Brien of Johnston. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Ginger to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
