She was predeceased by: her parents, John III and Dolores Delpha, III (Johnson). She is survived by: her husband Martin "Marty" Martino; her brother John Delpha IV (Katy); her siblings-in-law, Teresa Martino, Jennifer Hughes (William) and Roland Martino (Maureen); her nieces and nephews, Grace, Shannon, Nick and Will; and her close friend Lynda. She is also survived by friends and co-workers.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Fran's name to a charity of the donor's choice.
