He was predeceased by: his brother Kevin Eisemann. He is survived by: his wife Stefanie Eisemann (Cabral); his parents, William Eisemann and Joan Eisemann (Maresch) of Warwick; his son Matthew Eisemann of Johnston; and his brother Keith Eisemann of Warwick.
