He is survived by: his parents, Felix C. Blais Jr. and Lisa E. Blais (Schaeffer) of Concord, NH; his brother Chia E. Blais; his sister-in-law Stephanie A. Blais (Doyon); and his niece Noelle A. Blais (Kim Mahoney) of Rehoboth, MA. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
