He was predeceased by: his wife Rita A. Olsen (D'Ambrosco); his parents, E. Philip Olsen and Mary E. Olsen (O'Hern); and his siblings, Charles Philip Olsen, Donald Olsen and Marie Louise Olsen Freitas.
He is survived by: his sons, Albert P. Olsen, John S. Olsen (Elma) and Robert P. Olsen; and his grandchildren, Albert P. Olsen, Jr. and Zoë A. Olsen.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 8:45 AM at the Maceroni Funeral Home (1381 Smith St, North Providence, RI 02911). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Rocco Church (927 Atwood Ave, Johnston, RI 02919). A committal service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery (301 S County Trail, Exeter, RI 02822).
