Bembenek (Adona) of Rainier, OR, Anthony Bembenek of Worcester, MA, Timothy Bembenek of Auburn, MA, Carolyn Peabody of Ayer, MA and Rosemarie Tremblay of Orlando, FL; his grandsons, Jacob Peabody, Tommy and Sebastian Bembenek; his nephew John Olszta (Heather) of Dudley, MA; his great-nephews, Joshua and Jeremy; and his former wife Haydee Bembenek of Auburn, MA..
