He was predeceased by: his son Peter C. Thomas; his granddaughter Madeline C. Berry; his parents, Peter Thomas and Julia Thomas (Sadeck); and his sister Elaine Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Foskett Thomas; his children, Rodney M. Thomas and Julie T. Berry (Seth); and his grandchildren, Zach Thomas (Alyssa), Timothy Thomas, Chloe Thomas, Ginger Berry and Alex Berry.
