Romano of Jamestown, Rhode Island, born in Paterson, New Jersey, who passed away on August 3, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband James R. Romano; her daughters, Michaela F. R. Shoemaker (Randall) and Rebecca L. R. Shannon (Timothy); her grandchildren, Tiernan Shannon, Lucas Shoemaker, Gray Shoemaker, Ronan Shannon and Caden Shoemaker; and her siblings, Nancy L. Gomes, Raymond P. Smith, William F. Smith, Marie Kamercia (Tina), Regina A. Smith, Joseph P. Smith, Richard J. Smith, Lawrence J. Smith, Beth E. Smith and Maureen Rotondo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
