She is survived by: her children, Melissa Janikies (Kelly Brum), Cynthia Janikies Simonson (Timothy), William Janikies (Sharon) and Jonathan Janikies (Kraig Brustad); her grandchildren, Julia Janikies, Kelsey Wadensten (Lars Wadensten), Nicholas Simonson, Andrew Simonson and Will Janikies; and her brother Joseph Giroux.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Woodlawn Funeral Home (600 Pontiac Ave, Cranston, RI 02910). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Greek Orthodox Church of Annunciation (175 Oaklawn Ave, Cranston, RI 02920).
