He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Head, Jr. and Caroline B. Head (Hull). He is survived by: his pet Luther; his siblings, Roxanne Head Smith and Alton "Bud" Head, III; and his nephews, Alton "Buddy" Head, IV, Roy Smith, Stephen Head, Jason Head and Todd Smith.
