He was predeceased by: his parents, John Tobin and Mary Tobin (Kennedy); his siblings, John Tobin and Joan Reis (Tobin); his brothers-in-law, George Reis and Jack Brown; and his nephews, Christopher Brown and Patrick Tobin.
He is survived by: his wife Libby; his children, Kevin Tobin (Rebecca) and Gretchen King (Dave); his grandchildren, Trevor and Kylie; his siblings, Mary Edwards, Arlene Brown (Tobin) and Philip Tobin (Diane); and his sister-in-law Estelle Tobin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
