He was predeceased by: his wife Gail Paige Bolger. He is survived by: his sister Judith A. Fleming; his children, Kimberley Bolger (Grainne Murray) of Richmond, VA and David Bolger (Mark Lancaster) of Miami, FL; and his grandchildren, Emily Burke, Daniel Burke and Standard Poodle Abby.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions to the Community Prep School, 135 Prairie Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island 02905.
