He was predeceased by: his spouse Robin I. Benoit (LaRoche); his parents, Sarah J. "Sally" Hunt (Card) and William T. Benoit Sr; his stepparents, Elaine Benoit (Deshler) and Joseph Hunt, Sr.; and his siblings, Clifford Benoit and Cheryl Lambert (Benoit).
He is survived by: his son Kane William Benoit of Providence; and his stepsiblings, Thomas Benoit, Michael Benoit, Dayla Bates (Benoit), Joseph Hunt Jr, Steven Hunt, Gary Hunt, Keith Hunt, Glenn Hunt and Robin Winemiller (Hunt).
In lieu of flowers contributions to the American Cancer Society in his memory would be appreciated.
