It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby A. Wilcox (Hopkinton, Rhode Island), who passed away on October 23, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Henry L. Wilcox; and her parents, Peter P. Palmer and Jane Palmer (Clark). She is survived by: her sons, Alan L. Wilcox (Faith) of Monson, MA, Gary Wilcox (Sue) of Hope Valley, RI., David Wilcox (Debra) of Hope Valley, RI. and Edwin Wilcox (Stephanie) of Hope Valley, RI.; and her sisters, Ethel Blanchard of Westerly and Caroline Soucy of North Carolina.
