He was predeceased by: his parents, Joanne Hurley (Costa) and Ernest W. Howard Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Donna A. Howard; and his siblings, Ernest Howard III, Michael Howard, Angelica Douglas and Daniel Howard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
