She was predeceased by: her husband Sheldon Mowry; her parents, Wilfred Noel and Alice Noel (Piszcz); and her sister Yvonne Santille. She is survived by: her siblings, Alice Normandin (Jon) of Burlington, VT, Linda Perlstein (Andy) of St. Johnsbury, VT, Judy Mowry of Whitman, MA and Tom Mowry (Regan) of South Portland, ME.; her grandchildren, Sarah Normandin, Ryan Perlstein, Ivy Dubuc, Hope, Cooper and Eli Mowry; her great grandchildren, Auggie Cole and Riley Dubuc; and her siblings, Thomas Noel of Coventry, RI, Muriel Rossi, Joseph and Roland Noel. She is also survived by loving wife for more than 60 years, she was also a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Due to the pandemic, a private graveside burial service will be held at SS.
