She was predeceased by: her parent Reverend John M. Balcom. She is survived by: her spouse Brian H. Manning; her parent Jeanne Balcom (Lindsey) of Amherst, MA; her sibling John L. Balcom; her nieces and nephews, Lindsey C. Melchior (Theron), Jonathan C. Balcom (Sung) and Benjamin Balcom Onthank; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Camille, June and Henry.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Dianne's name to Hope Library, 374 North Road, Hope, RI, would be appreciated.
