With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan A. Wilhelm (Hope Valley, Rhode Island), born in Central Falls, Rhode Island, who passed away on March 4, 2018 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Walter Noelte; and her sibling Carl Noetle. She is survived by: her spouse Peter H. Wilhelm; her parent Antoinette Noelte (Bourassa); her children, Frank P. Wilhelm of Somerset, MA and April Regine of North Stonington, CT.; her grandchildren, Samantha Regine and Amanda Regine; and her siblings, Joyce Emery and Walter Noetle.
