He was predeceased by: his father James G. Rowley. He is survived by: his wife Melisa Rowley (Carroccia); his mother Luz H. Rowley (Lopez); his children, Hayley Reinhardt, James Place, Ashley Reinhardt, Britny Reinhardt, Victoria Rowley, Tyler Reinhardt and David Rowley; his aunt Pat Rowley Bedells; his great-aunt Jan Muzzi; his cousin Jennifer Frazee Pannell; his parents-in-law, John and Kathleen Carroccia; and his daughter Briana Rowley. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
