It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gladys Margaret Duffy of Hope Valley, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on October 23, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph F. Duffy; her parents, David P. Despres and Flora Despres (McIntosh); her sons-in-law, Michael Kelly and Nic Nichols; and her brothers, Louis Despres and David Despres.
She is survived by: her children, Joanne Kelly, Dianne McCray (Jeff), Carol McGrady (Murray), Peter Duffy (Marion), Theresa Nichols, Kathleen Dozois (Robert) and Donna Silva (Larry); and her siblings, Normand Despres, Florence Reynolds and Eileen Entwistle. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren.
