He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Collins and Nina Collins (Sweet); his son Michael W. Collins; and his brothers, Ronald Carr and Edward Carr.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda J. Collins (Allen); his daughter Trisha L. Collins; his stepdaughter Nicole L. Allen; and his siblings, Richard Carr, Wayne Collins, Roger Jaques, Lori Carr, Geraldine Carr and Donna Carr. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
