He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara and Frank Sr.; and his brothers, Pat, Joseph, Peter and Charlie.
He is survived by: his wife Patti; his children, Kathleen Glancy (Jack), Captain (Providence) of West Warwick, Jeffrey Rathbun (Jen Forquer) of Tacoma, WA and Rick Rathbun; his grandchildren, Jonathan Devolve (Melissa), Brian Devolve (Nicole Ramirez), Cristina Glancy, Elizabeth Schmidt (James) and Jacob Rathbun; and his great grandchildren, Mia, Charlee, Hadley, Maddox Devolve, Nora, Emma and Patrick Schmidt.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Hope Valley Ambulance Squad at PO Box 205, Hope Valley, RI 02832, would be appreciated.
