He was predeceased by: his father Philip Alfred Fahlman; his grandfather Conrad Fahlman; his siblings, Adam Parmentier and Danielle Dieter; and his fiancé Dainelle Henson.
He is survived by: his mother Maureen Boylan; his sons, Isaiah James Diiorio (Jessica Diiorio), Twins, Aidan Riley Fahlman and Evan Mason Fahlman (Erin Brown); his siblings, Diedra Enos (Brian) and Matt Kopsic; his grandmother Doris Fahlman; his stepmother Roberta Fahlman-Bawden (Rich); and his nieces and nephews, Rayanne, Nicole, Allison, Tanner, Harley, Alyx and Lily.
