He is survived by: his mother Sally Palmer (Gardiner); his wife Lucille Palmer (Smith); his children, Elizabeth Palmer and Curt Palmer, Jr.; and his siblings, Crystal, Tina, Loretta, Heidi, William, Jr., Clint and Daisy. He is also survived by three grandsons.
