“I knew a Charles Martin when I was 12, he along with Charles Webber and me Charles Dignazio were known as the 3 C’s. We were all about the same age born 1958-1959, Charlie Webber was the youngest of the three. We got into the usual trouble three teenage boys do but we enjoyed each other’s company, then high school came along and Charlie Martin moved to Portsmouth, RI and we lost contact when I next met him it was 1994 and twenty years had passed I am sorry for the family’s loss.”
