He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine Hunter (D' Agostino); his parents, Arthur and Jane Hunter (Kay); his sister Joyce Fontaine of Lincoln; and also Margaret C. Hunter.
He is survived by: his sons, Thomas A. Hunter (Lynn) of Auburn, NY and Stuart D. Hunter of Newport; and his stepchildren, Karen LaBrosse of Hope Valley, Donna Valentine of Mendon, MA, Kristen Kuras of Lincoln, Robert E. Valentine of Groveland, MA and James P. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
