He is survived by: his wife Paula Galuza (Terpstra); his sons, Todd Galuza of Blackstone and Timothy Galuza (Debra-Jean) of Bellingham; his siblings, Donald Galuza of Westerly, Michael Galuza, Linda Stevens (Thom) of Wexford and Carol Levesque (Henry) of Bellingham; and his grandchildren, Mila and Luke Galuza.
