He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph L. Menard and A. Diana Menard (Ducharme); his sons, Glenn and Craig; his son-in-law Garry; and his siblings, Joseph "Archie" Menard, D. Jeanne Laporte and William Menard.
He is survived by: his children, Suzanne of Putnam, CT, Richard (Holly) of Attleboro, MA, Scott (Linda) of Hingham, MA and Joel of Amsterdam; his daughters-in-law, Jody of Wallingford, CT and Rose of North Smithfield; and his grandchildren, Raegan, Adam, Charlie, Justine, Roslyn, Allie, Brooke, Jenna, Jason, Alexa, Avanna and André. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 precautions, services will be private.
