He is survived by: his spouse Phoebe Fogarty (Dahlquist); his parent Mary Fogarty (Hogan); his children, Raymond E. Fogarty (Kailyn) of Harmony, Margaret E. Fogarty (Michael Coyle) of Noank, CT, Michael J. Fogarty and Joseph E. Fogarty; his granddaughter Margaret Q. Fogarty; his siblings, Elaine Pavao (Paul) of Smithfield, Patricia Pettit (Kevin) of North Providence and Margaret Chella (Michael) of Harmony; and his sister-in-law Gail Higgins Fogarty. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
