He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph N. LaPierre and Mary H. LaPierre (Kerwin); and his sister Eleanor Sherman. He is survived by: his wife Sally "Sal" (Yattaw); his children, John "Kevin" LaPierre and Kim Lovett; his son-in-law Douglas Lovett III of Chepachet; and his sister Barbara Forlingieri.
