He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley L. Harris and Frances I. Harris. He is survived by: his wife Elisabeth A. Harris; and his children, Fran Lemire (Francois), Charles W. Harris, Jr. (Susan), Carole Degnan (Robert) and Ann Michelle Van Nort (Brian). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
