D'Agostino of Greenville, Mary D. D'Agostino of Smithfield, Margaret D. Issler-Young (Robert) of Smithfield, Yvette M. D'Agostino of Anchor, IL and Anthony D. D'Agostino (Patricia) of Cranston; her grandchildren, Dominic, Fallon, Cody, Nicholas, Samantha, Jacob, Hunter, Rudy, Brian, Jayson, Abigail and Damen; and her brother Ralph Giroux.
