He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolphe Ouellette and Marie Ouellette (Roch); his siblings, Leo, Wildor "Jeff" Ouellette, Simone Lafleur, Irene Remillard, Cora Demers and Isabelle Carpentier; and his great grandchild Leighanne Ouellette.
He is survived by: his wife Therese M. Ouellette (Montmarquette); his children, Gerard "Gerry" Ouellette (Isabelle) of McAlester, OK, Maurice "Moe" Ouellette (Linda Brennan) of Oxford, MA, Denise Berthiaume (Gerard) of North Smithfield and Richard Ouellette of Warwick; his grandchildren, Nicole Riegler, Eric Ouellette, Jill Clark, Jenna Macaulay, Adam and Audrey Ouellette; and his great grandchildren, Isabella, Fiona, Theodore and Oliver. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
