He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cushman and Zeraline Cushman (King); and his sister Zeraline Clegg. He is survived by: his wife Irene Cushman (Liniak); his daughters, Cynthia Andrade (Mark) and Deidre Afonso (Almor); his grandsons, Brendan and Jeffrey Andrade; and his great grandchild Zoe Andrade-Pentel.
