He was predeceased by: his parents, James Whitehead and Patricia Whitehead; and his brother Donald Whitehead. He is survived by: his significant other Karen Whitehead; his children, Matthew Whitehead and Monique Carriger of Fredericksburg, VA; his stepchildren, Rebecca Eddy and Christopher Payne; his granddaughters, Bailey, Freya and Hannah; and his brothers, James, Edward Whitehead and Stephen Whitehead of Idaho Falls, Idaho.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, sister-in-laws', son-in-law, and father-in-law.
