He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Vincent Santopietro Sr. and Theresa Santopietro (Marzilli). He is survived by: his children, Dr. John Santopietro (Kathleen Santopietro), Kristin Pugliese (Gianmarco Pugliese) and Leah Santopietro; his grandchildren, Max, Griffin, Beckett, Adeline, Anabella and Viviana; and his brother Dr. Frank Santopietro (Marylou).
