He is survived by: his mother-in-law Elizabeth H. Pike; his sister-in-law Linda M. Martins Smith; his pet Frankie; and his siblings, Mary Sterling (Don), Karl Fonda (Donna), Shirley Gates (Earl), Betty Ammer, Phil Fonda (Mary), Curt Fonda (Amy), Harry Fonda, Debra Fonda, Linda Fonda and Catherine Henderson (Fonda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
