He was predeceased by: his spouse Evelyn Macchio (D'Antuono); his parent Anthony Macchio; and his sibling Frances D'Antuono. He is survived by: his parent Josephine Macchio (Marcello); his children, AnnMarie Morsilli (Robert) and Thomas Macchio, Jr.; his wife Ivana of Johnston; his sibling Michael Macchio; and also, Anthony Macchio (Rosemarie) of Johnston and Joanne Aucone (David) of Johnston. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
