She was predeceased by: her son Jacob Roberts Hazlett; and her husband Paul Hagerty Hazlett, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Paul Hagerty Hazlett III and Katie Hazlett Schmidt (Will); her grandchildren, Eleanor, Peter (Kayla) and Winnifred Schmidt; her daughter-in-law Elizabeth Murray Hazlett; her grandchildren-in-law, Emma, Clare and Daniel Hazlett; and also Italian.
