Flaxington (Farrar); his daughters, Julie Flaxington of Glocester, Angela Flaxington of Smithfield, Cyndi Dragon of Smithfield and Barbara Andrews of Smithfield; his sister Judy Rodgers of North Providence; his daughter Loretta Flaxington; and his sister Elaine McCreadie. He is also survived by five grandchildren, a great-grandchild.
