He is survived by: his children, Ann Marie Ouellette, Dawn Burroughs and Raymond Ouellette; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Burroughs, Jessica Burroughs, Christina Burroughs and Jayda Matias. He is also survived by many siblings, extended family.
