She was predeceased by: her parents, Aristide Gagne and Dora Gagne (Dionne); and her brother Raymond Gagne. She is survived by: her husband James A. Costa; her daughters, Janine Grigelevich (Raymond) of Scituate and Susan Merolla (Anthony) of Smithfield; her siblings, Marie Prete of Johnston and Jean Fuoroli of North Scituate; and her pet Zoey Marie. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
